Wow. just.. WOW. I really should make a tab entitled “AWESOME ACROYOGA VIDEOS TO RADIOHEAD SONGS” because this is to Reckoner and it is nearly perfect (I say nearly because it makes me wish they went a teeny bit slower)
Transitions in this are amazing. Such a beautiful video.
I love this.
Quantum physics says that 99.9999999% of an atom is made up space. And that if you were to collapse all the space around these atoms in your body, the end result could fit on the head of pin. In yoga, it is believed that this space is actually filled with the all prevading life force known as Prana. As your breath in yoga, focus on moving prana like waves of energy through the all this space in your being.
You are a soul.
As the driver controls the motor,
soul controls the body.
We’ve established that particles have the ability to act as both a particle and waves according to the theory of Wave-Particle Duality. Waves being what they are, move at various frequencies and wave lengths.
Last weekend, while attending the Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco, I was thinking about this concept. Music is a sound wave that moves at specific frequencies that we find pleasant to the human ear.
Is it possible that the energy flowing as waves throughout our bodies interacts with the sound waves in such a way that makes us enjoy music and dancing?
In nature, electrons are found to exist both as particles and as waves. If our body is made up of sub-atomic particles, including electrons, there are aspects of our bodies that can also be made up of particles and waves at any given moment.
During your practice, take a moment to separate the particles (physical body) from the waves (energy body) and notice how the two flow together through each asana.
