Our brains are two distinct hemipsheres. It’s as though there are two different brains, each hemisphere thinks about different things, has different tasks, and even completely different personalities. The right hemisphere is all about the present moment, the right here, right now. It thinks in pictures and learns through the kinect sensations in our body. Information in the form of energy streams into our sensory organs (heat, light, force from external electrons, etc.) and then explodes into a collage of what this present moment looks like, smells like, tastes like, feels like and sounds like. You are an energy being connected to all the energy around you, through the consciousness of consciousness of your right hemisphere. We are energy beings connected to one another through the consciousness of our right hemipsheres as one human family. And right here, right now, we are brothers and sisters on this planet here to make this world a better place. In this moment, we are perfect, we are whole and we are beautiful.

The left hemisphere thinks linearly and methodically. It thinks about the past and the future — designed to take the collage of the present moment and pick out details, big and small, categorizing and organizing them. It then associates all these details with similar details and begins to project all of the possibilities and outcomes of every one of these details. The right hemisphere thinks in language. It is the voice that connects the internal world with the external world. The calulcating intelligence that reminds you to do your laundry. The voice that say to you “I Am.”

Who are we? We are the life force power of the universe, with manual dexterity and two cognitive mids. We have the power to choose, moment by moment, who and how we are and how we want to be in the world. Right here, right now, I can step into my right hemisphere, where I am the life force power of the universe, a place where I am one with all that is.

Of you can choose to step into the left hemisphere, where I become an individual. A solid individual, separated from the flow. Separated from the collective consciousness. This is where the I becomes me. This is Your name. Your personality. Your Career.. These are the we inside of us.. Who do you want to be?

I like seeing the anatomy involved, actually. Our muscles are quite beautiful, aren’t they?

Transitions in this are amazing. Such a beautiful video.

I love this.

Breathing into the empty space

Quantum physics says that 99.9999999% of an atom is made up space. And that if you were to collapse all the space around these atoms in your body, the end result could fit on the head of pin. In yoga, it is believed that this space is actually filled with the all prevading life force known as Prana. As your breath in yoga, focus on moving prana like waves of energy through the all this space in your being.
